B.E. (Hons.); M.Tech (IIT Madras) Has 38+ years of experience in the Electronic Media in various cadres from Junior Executive up to top Management position. This includes 22 years in Electronic Media (AIR & DD) as Director, 5 years in the Public Sector Undertaking as Chairman & Managing Director of Broadcast Engineering Consultants India Ltd. (BECIL) and also one year with the Private Sector as the Director and CEO of Intelivision Limited. Founded and promoted Technomedia Solutions Pvt Ltd, and Confluence Consultancy Services Private Limited with the objective to undertake Consultancy and turnkey jobs in the field of broadcasting.

Mr. Shailendra Nigam - Sr. Consultant
He is a graduate in Electronics & Telecommunications with twenty plus years of rich experience in the field of Telecom, IT & Broadcast industry. He has worked in several of management roles in reputed Companies. He is with Technomedia since September 2002. His carrier includes management positions in blue chip companies such as IBM & HCL before joining Technomedia. He is responsible for business development.

Mr. K.K.Taneja - Technical Consultant
He has 37 years of rich experience in operation and maintenance of studios & transmitters in All India Radio and Doordarshan Kendra besides working in Research and Development and Planning and Development wings. He was associated with Ministry of Information & Broadcasting for 12 years where he was instrumental in Policy Framework, implementation and IEC activities for Community Radio Stations in India and Up linking and Downlinking of Satellite TV channels in India.
